SC21 is a change programme designed to accelerate the competitiveness of the aerospace & defence industry by raising the performance of its supply chains.

Signatories to SC21 are committed to developing supply chains to ensure that they remain competitive and able to deliver increased value to customers.

ADS, the Premier Trade Organisation for companies in the UK Aerospace, Defence, Security and Space Sectors manages the SC21 programme and support its delivery to signatories through a group strategic and training partners ADS’ SC21 Project Team acknowledges that the provision of high-quality training and support is a key enabler to the successful implementation of the SC21 improvement journey and to this end, has approved a number of independent training companies, as strategic partners to deliver SC21 training.

ASC Associates UK (ASCA) is one of only six active strategic partners throughout the United Kingdom, providing SC21 deployment consultancy support.

As an SC21 strategic partner, ASCA will conduct business in line with SC21 principles and provide support to the management teams of participating companies, enabling them to significantly improve their supply chain performance.
